Dennis’ operational duties include supporting the vital daily functions of UBP, overseeing financial activity and directly engaging with new and legacy clients. Maryelizabeth’s expertise is in developing highly performing teams that meet the needs of the of their client base. Maryelizabeth completed the Disability Fellowship with AHIP- America’s Health Insurance Plans.

Jennifer Zinsley, CEBS, joined UBP in 2013. She began her career 27 years ago with national insurance carriers and then as broker and consultant to employer and fund/union sponsored group plans. Jennifer partners with clients on strategic planning, plan performance recommendations, renewal strategies, market analysis, and regulatory issues/compliance. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Foundation of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (CEBS).
