We pride ourselves on partnering with our clients and acting as an extension of their Fund/Benefits office.
This allows us to take benefits related inquiries off of our client’s desks. We act on behalf of their office in regard to working with vendors/carriers to resolve any type of issues that may arise. For example; billing, eligibility, reporting and/or claims issues.
In addition, we work directly with their members. This allows us to do all the legwork of researching inquiries and allowing the member or their family to avoid what at times can be many phone calls, etc. that may take time away from their jobs or their family time.
We are in constant communication with our client partners to keep them updated with status or resolution on service related issues.
